Small helpers used throughout the packages and available to your app.

Logging is off in release builds.

Each returns null when valid or an error message, so they plug straight into validator:.

`required(value, [fieldName])`	Non-empty.
`email(value)`	A valid email address.
`phone(value)`	E.164 format, e.g. +2348012345678.
`password(value)`	At least 8 characters with a letter and a digit.
`confirmPassword(value, original)`	Matches the original.
`minLength / maxLength(value, n, [fieldName])`	Length bounds.

`NumberFormatter`	compact (1.2K), decimal, percent, formatBytes.
`TextFormatter`	titleCase, initials, truncate, maskEmail (j***@example.com), maskPhoneNumber.
`PhoneFormatter`	tryParse(phone, country:, region:) → PhoneParseResult (fullNumber, formattedNumber, national, type); tryFullNumber.
